Hi!
<br />
I just aquired 23 book's from the Little House on The Prairy. By: Laura Ingles Wilder.
<br />
My Question is, would I do better selling them separately or All in one lot.
<br />
Thanks in advance!<br />

Sell one at a time.Then sell what is left at one time.To many people have a few and do want the same ones again.

Seperating the chaffe from the wheat will almost always get you a better overall price.
Sell them one at a time, but make sure you advertise the fact that you have more of the same series up for auction. Offer to combine postage to sweeten the deal. Relist the unsold copies at a lower price and a BIN. After doing this, you've probably sold the best out of the lot and made most of the money that you'll get out of the group. Post the remaining books as a lot with a fire-sale opening bid so you can quickly unload them. If you're really lucky, a low opening bid may generate more bidding interest than what the lot merits.

I have never sold them on eBay but in my Mall Space they never sit around longer than a week. Great Seller...

Doubtless selling one at a time is much more tedious than 23 separate auctions. If you check Wilder's previous sales, you can see that (unless these are extra special and your bidders will recognize that specialness) they aren't going to bring huge bucks - $31 for 9 books looks like the closest match.
FWIW I sell stuff in series, like John Norman's _Gor_ series. Numbers 19-25 are very spendy items and the others are salable (hint, hint), but I find if I package 3 at a time, I get pretty reasonable returns, $5 a book or so. It's probably true that some people are looking just for ONE title and they'll probably pay for a higher opening bid than if they're looking for any number of a set. If I had #24 or #25 of that Norman series I'd sell it separately, but unless you know some of the Wilder's are particularly valuable singly, I'd put them in small sets of 3 and sell all of them at once.
