I just received payment from a bidder on 6 of my auctions totalling $160. I was going to send the items tomorrow when I realized, they are no longer registered. They have 18 total feedback, 17 positive, 1 negative. Am I obligated to complete this transaction? I'm not sure when she become NARU.

They obviously weren't NARU when the auction closed, so you're obligated to follow through so long as they sent payment. If they sent a check, you may want to hold it 'til it clears, otherwise just send off the goods as if it were any other customer.

Yes, Yes, Yes.....100% Yes, you should fill the order and ship, as long as the funds are good.
I have also had this happen to me as a seller. When I went to leave feedback for the payment, I couldn't because they were NARU. But a deal is a deal.....I advertised, they bought and paid, I shipped.
We don't know what is going on between the buyer and ebay. It could be they are bad guys or it could be some clerical mistake and it will be corrected and they're no longer NARU.
I would ship and try to leave feedback and just proceed as usual.

I had the same thing happen except that after I got my FVF credits I relisted the item. Several days later his payment arrived. I emailed him to let him know what had happened and that I would send his money order back to him. ebay states that we don't have to complete a transaction with someone who is no longer registered + I had already relisted the items and the auctions have been running for a few days. This bidder says that I MUST send him the items! How can I do that? I already relisted and I don't have duplicates of them. Now what?

Antelope--
You can either decide to sell them to him (if you do you would have to go in and close out the auctions) or you can let him know that you are not obligated to sell the item to him and that his money order is on the way back to him. I guess it depends on whether or not you think they will sell for more now or if not then maybe it is better to have them sold today? At any rate you get to decide what you want to do.
Good luck.
