After following proper Ebay procedures, I had to file FVF. This resulted in customer suspension.
I relisted item, sold and shipped it.
Two days later, customer emails wanting to pay to get FVF removed. I explained that as per my right, I had resold item.
Customer went ballistic and has been sending three page threatening lectures.
She claims that if I can't sell her the item now that I have to remove the warning. I don't think that this is the case particularly since I will have to pay the fees agaion.
Any thoughts?

Appears you have done everything the proper way. There is nothing the customer can do except annoy you. Best thing to do is put them on your bidder black list, then block their email address. And you should be free of them for good!

I agree, put them on your block list with ebay and your personal block list if you have that availability. I would also suggest you take the 3 threatening posts, show the full headers and report them to [email protected]. Ebay does not look lightly on threatening letters, especially from NPB's. You did nothing wrong...Good Luck

Don't know if Ebay will do anything now that they are NARU'D. I would think Ebay put them on their Black List to wash their hand's of them. But I guess in wouldn't hurt just to cover yourself, and to maybe assure that Ebay never let's them back!
