I am interested in knowing if anyone here uses the ebay Personal Offer thingy. I briefly read about it and was interested in know what you all thought about it.

I suppose this is "against the rules" but I've been doing this for a LONG time, without their little Personal Offer button. Especially with items that people just decide they don't want it anymore, I have no problem with just emailing the 2nd or even 3rd bidder. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but........I don't know, why would I want to pay them MORE fees when I can just email the seller myself?
