I received a BidPay payment last week to my PO box but I also gave the street address of my business when I signed up.
I have had no record of my past few transactions with BidPay but when I logged in last night I realized that I hadn't activated my e-mail change so that may be why.
Last evening they had a notice at the top of their screen that notification e-mails may be delayed by 24 hours.

Yes, I found this last night:
"Due to recent customer service complications, you may experience a delay of up to 24 hours for email confirmation of your transactions. Thank you for your understanding."
This morning the account page says:
"Due to difficulties with the database, your order history will be temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your understanding."
Last night the payment postmarked the 17th, received and cashed yesterday wasn't listed in my account.
My customer from an auction that ended last night was able to finally get in and supposedly send money, but there (of course) are no emails yet and no transaction verification in my account. I had checked about an hour after he said it went through last night.
Anyone from Bidpay checking the boards? Please, at least put more clarification of what is happening on your website.
Can my customer cancel his order with BidPay
and get his fees back since he didn't
receive any service?

BidPay has never been known for great customer service. I think it was gomarek that used to post here once in awhile but I don't know if he is still with them.
There have been many glitches with BidPay and we haven't always received notification but we have always been paid very quickly.
It isn't an easy feeling to be left hanging with no explanation though. Hope it works out for you.

I think lots of sites are changing policy concerning PO Boxes....makes no sense.
I get all my mail at the PO. Have for 15years. Now Yahoo has changed it's policy and says they will not cover payments (on it's buyer protection plan) sent to PO boxes or internationally!!!!
In order to have home delivery of my mail I have to go and get a box, have it put up (our PO requires curb boxes) and then go to the PO and request delivery to it!
Since, I do this primarily as a hobby I really don't want to go to all that trouble. Plus around here kids favorite pass time is seeing how many boxes they can knock over in a night....that's why most people use PO boxes!!!!

No, I don't think they have changed their
policy about PO boxes. I think that either the site wasn't working at 11PM EST last night
or the customer read it wrong.
Last night's order went through finally he said. I did get a check sent to my PO box yesterday from the last customer
too. They haven't changed their PO policy
I don't believe.
I still cannot access my account this afternoon. The website still says emails will take up to 24 hours. If they can't handle the amount of orders coming through or if they are having website problems, why are they still taking people's money! My customer could have overnighted payment to
me from a reliable service. I suggested
Bidpay. It probably won't happen again.
