It sounds like the server is down. Weird messages often come when you can't access something on a web site. It would be nice if it said something amusing like I've fallen and I can't get up. It may take awhile before it's up again. Try again after awhile.

You sure are right, it took awhile. baypal went down yesterday about 7:00pm EST & didn't come back until late this afternoon.
Free listing day too!
They kept putting different messages up & all were confusing to someone like me who doesn't know what an SQL is.
I need it in plain English, like you said...
They are nice people though & I'm sure they worked for hours to restore their service.
I feel bad for them too.
