Seller only uses C2it or AOL not Paypal, Ebay to pay. I don't like snail mailing checks and waiting. Money Orders are understandable but I buy way to much from auctions, more money to give to sellers if I don't pay for Money orders. Filed and used C2it and was upset to see my Master charge was billed $15.00 for cash advance. WHAT DID I DO WRONG?? I paid interest on a credit card ONE time (25 years) and now I pay it off by the month or I will tear it up. This really bothers me that I paid $15.00 and thought I was charging an auction. I have used it with Paypal and Ebay (Billpoint) and never charged an advance. Do I give up on C2it? Was even thinking of using them with my few selling auctions but not if people will be screwed out of an additional $15.00. You people helped me before, hope I have time left on the meter :

I am sure you got charged for this but I believe it is an issue with your own credit card and not C2it.

There are also Credit Cards that charge interest for PayPal or did at one time. The GM Card comes to mind.

I use C2it alot and I would think my customers would go through the roof if that happened to them.

I would call your credit card and ask wasup.

Jim, I have the GM Mastercard and never had a problem. I called the GM card and was told that C2it called it a cash advance. I called C2it and was told that they didn't charge me $15.00 but that is the way some credit card companys handle it is a cash advance. I have used it for Paypal and Ebay and NEVER been charged. I buy to much on auctions and check book was low around Christmas so I charged. I tease myself about "hoping to be banned from Ebay" because I spend to much, maybe this is the shove I need.
I just wondered it anyone else had this happen to them.

If you like c2it and want to keep using that service it would probably be best to fund your c2it account with your checking account.
