Hi all,
I just changed from 2+ years on stamps.com so I'm in a learning mode with endicia.com
How do I print off 2 or more different addresses on one sheet of labels?
Random addys, not necessarily in order in my address book? with stmaps.com, I could hold the control key and highlight the ones I wanted, then they'd print off on one sheet.
Thanks in advance! Di

Tom - I use 5168 labels, 4 to a page, large enuff to print Del. Confirmation on. But I can't figure ut for the life of me how to print one label with Mary Smith and the next with Nancy Jones, etc., without printing one, putting it back through printer for the next, and so forth...

Sounds like you are pretty close! You've got the addresses in DAZzle's address book - yes?
While in the address book tab, you should be able to highlight the ones you want to print, and then press the print button.
A "print list of Addresses" dialog should come up (instead of the print single address dialog). In the lower left hand corner it should say the ranges of addresses.
If you are doing all of the above, perhaps DAzzle doesn't know that you are using a sheet of labels. What do you have selected for media type?
I'm going to cc in "our" Diane in technical support who is very fluent with all the setup nuances. Between us, we should be able to have you printing full sheets in no time!
