I would like to add money to my PayPal account so I have enough to buy an item with my PayPal debit card. The only way I see on PayPal's site is to use a bank account transfer. The problem is that I would like to add funds right away and with the weekend and holiday on Monday, it would take too long.
Anyone know if I can use my credit card to add funds or any other way around this??

if your credit card has been verified with paypal though, they will take what is in your paypal account first and the remainder of the purchase amount will be billed to your credit card.

The way I understand it, it does not work that way with the debit card. I think I have to have more than the amount of purchase in my account. I am wanting to make a purchase from a place that does not take PayPal but would take the PayPal MasterCard. But I am short about $20 of having enough in my PayPal account.

Maybe you could send an instant transfer to one of your own unregistered email addresses and then add that email to your account to accept the money??
