Buyer on a $10 win bawks at actual shipping (8# usps) and wont complete the buy. Probably happens all the time. Ill relist, but should i leave neg FB or write it off?

File you Non Payment form with ebay and get your FVF's back. (That will put an unseen black mark on his record. I believe 4 of them and he's out.)

File for your non payment and final value. There is a box that gives reasons and you just click on the one that applies. That will be a no-no with Ebay and if you leave Negative feedback, he will be minus...

I forgot to ask, was the shipping in the description and did the description give the weight? Did the buyer ask before he purchased?..
