You are not alone in getting late notices from ebay. In the past 24 hours I have received end of auction notices, checkout notices and new listing notices that date back a full week.
I have been trying to figure out if it is ebay or my email service and frankly don't know. They both blame the other.
Remember when people took responsibility for their actions? Well, it seems high tech companies rarely do. Just blame the hardware, the software, the other guy.
What really frightens me is the fact that they probably _don't_ know! Imagine, things are screwed up and they have no idea it is happening, much less how to fix it!

Although I have a large notice at the top of my descriptions asking buyers to not use Checkout, some still do.
I have a puzzlement. Tuesday night I had some auctions end and sent EOA letters, some within 30 minutes, some longer, since I waited for all the auctions to end. Wednesday, 3 buyers send Checkout notices. Now they had had time to get the EOA, and all my other buyers received them.
These three are the only ones who did not receive the info.
