Where is Refund Credit? Buyer sent back item and received full credit. I would like to get my final value fee returned, since this was a nonsale. I can't find out where to apply for my credit. I don't want to file a nonpaying bidder notice, because she paid. I know this would anger the customer quite a bit to receive an email about nonpayment. Help?

Go to ebay. Click on the NPB alert page at that point file, when they ask for reason. High light: Both party's agreed to back out. Or it may say item was returned. Just scan the reasons and click the proper one.
