I sent the usual EOA email to the winning bidder. 3 days later I receive an email from the winner that says that they are the winner of the auction but that they had used their parents log on to bid on my auction and attached my win email to verify that they are who they say they are. It obviously sounds like a kid.
Now the question is where do I go from here? Should I be worried??? Also they have all positive feedback of only 3 and all from the same seller.
All comments and ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much ahead of time for your help.

Just let it progress as you would any other transaction. There's a lot of kids out there who bid just to jerk people around, but this doesn't sound like the behaviour of one of those types. Also remember a kid's money is just as good as an adult's.

Here is an update to my under aged bidder. Still no payment. I emailed him again and got a reply on saturday that he would go out and get payment mailed that day. I replied to this email restating that the terms of the auction: payment in 10 days of auction close, methods of payment accepted etc. Also gave him until Feb. 21st for payment to be received or his bid would be canceled and item would be relisted.
We will see what happens. (I hate this, I feel like it is such a waste of time)
On Ebay, is there a way to limit the bidders by their feedback like there is on other sites? for instance if a bidder has a 0 feeback, have the ability to block their bid??? Just wondering.

Ok, this is getting stranger. The bidder has tried to pay with bidpay.com listing his shipping address as BERMUDA!!!!!!Bermuda isnt a colony of England, is it? Isnt it it's own country???? Oh GEEZ I hope I am making sense. When I look at his id, it has a ".bm" on the end of an email user name. Looks like he is IN Bermuda!!!! Shipping is costlier to ship from the US to bermuda isnt it? I quoted him shipping prices to Canada.
Oh, I also should state that my auction states I will ship internationally to Europe and Canada only.
I could sure use some support on this. I am probably worrying for nothing but I am concerned.

Yes, shipping to Bermuda is 20 to 50 per cent more than to Canada.
And it depends on the weight of the item and the method you use.
If you are using any of the services of the USPS, use Publication 51 - International rates. You can right-click to download the following Adobe Acrobat document.
