PayPal has a new policy that went into effect today, raising the sending limit from $1000 to $2000 for unverified members. Mine was maxed out, so I tried to send a payment today and it still says my limit is $1000.
I have written them 5 or 6 times today and every response the sent was a form letter, giving me instructions on becoming verified and adding my checking account, etc., etc.
Well, I'm just not going to do that, but I can't seem to get anyone over there to read my question about the sending limit for unverified members.
Do they have working people over there or is this just their way of providing excellent customer service as usual?

Damon> It's now 2/01/02, 10:00 PM, and they have not increased my sending limit yet.
They have not answered my last e-mail since yesterday morning. So you are my only hope.
Can you tell me a way to reach someone over there by phone or do you need my e-mail address? Or maybe if you just tell them I'm the crazy lady who has been writing them with the same question over and over again. The one with no hair left on her head!
