I can't beleive I did this...was bidding on a dutch auction, and somehow bid on 10 instead of 1. I feel so stupid! So now I have won 8 cat condos/trees! Well, I certainly don't need 8 cat condo/trees, and can't afford 8 anyhow. I have emailed the seller and explained my mistake and offered to pay for any ebay fees. I have perfect 500+ feedback, and suggested they check it out to see I'm not a deadbeat.
I certainly don't want to contact Ebay - I know how illogically they act! One innocent mistake and.... (of course if I was a scammer then, I wouldn't have any trouble w/Ebay....(-: )
I have requested and received the Sellers phone number, and was planning on calling them a little later this morning to explain things so they don't have to wait til they check their email.
Any other suggestions as to how to handle this mess? I am so very embarrassed....what a total idiot!

Wait to see what the sellers emails back. It really depends on the seller but most are very nice and agreeable to mistakes made by bidders on dutch auctions.

I agree with bidsbids. The majority of sellers are understanding. Just wait and see what the seller says. BTW I could use 5 of those cat condos.

Thanks for your replies - makes me feel not quite as stupid (but not much)...sigh...
There are quite a few cat "condos" up for auction on Ebay, a lot cheaper than what they would cost in stores. Search under "cat +condo" and "cat +tree" if you are interested in them!
