Hi everyone,

I need some help here.

I have a little problem with a fellow eBayer, who in which, i had left a negative. This person mis-described an item.

He has now left a follow-up comment (in seperate ended auctions not related to the auction) above and below the negative i had left him.

I need to contact eBay to tell them of this matter and to try to get the comments he left removed from this users feedback.

I went to Safe Harbor but could not find an e-mail address to send them a letter.

I'm hoping that someone here can tell me of the e-mail addy that i need.

Thanks much,
Phil

You will probably get a canned response stating that they will look into it and not much will happen. Exceptions could be use of profanity or a judicial order.
May or may not be worth pursuing.

I have seen this on a lot of feedbacks. They use as many feedbacks lines as it takes (underneath the actual auction) to get the last word.

SWEET JUSTICE!

At first, i didn't think my complaint would go anywhere but.......

They actually did something about my complaint against this almighty POWERSELLER.

They couldn't disclose which type of action they took, but they did tell me that the seller did recieved one of the following....

A Warning
Suspension
Indefinite Suspension

.....and that the damaging comments that he had left (for me) in his feedback profile had been removed.

The eBay gods were good to me for a change....Fight the Good Fight!

Congratulations, phbroz, that's one for the good guys! So many deserving Ebayers have not been able to get wrongful feedback removed from their records. I was sure you would be stuck with it.
