I went to the site and followed the links to the NBC Sandiego site.

Very sad story. My guess is the parents did it ...

not that every child isn't precious, but I wonder who this girl is to get so much press coverage. I mean she's all over MSN. I was beginning to wonder if she's related to Bill Gates. I'm in Boston. A few weeks ago a girl was missing about 5 minutes from where I am. One of the kids in my church told me about it, b/c the police knocked on their door. However, I don't remember so much as seeing it in the newspaper... admittedly I didn't look, but the point is that I can't help but know about Danielle, but the girl in my own backyard, I have no idea who she is, what she looks like, or if she's been found. I wonder if anyone has some insight.

I am in Oregon and we have heard all about it too-- but I am glad they are covering it and that the info is getting out there. I most sincerely hope that the parents are innocent and until something is discovered that points to them, they will continue to be in my thoughts. I hope she is found safe, and found soon.

Just a heartbreaking story-- I hope it ends well.

Any parent's horror.

Why all the press? Slow news week? Very aggressive parents with possible media contacts? Suspect already fingered? Pretty blonde white girl? Who knows?

Any recent news on Condit's girlfriend?
