hello,

I was ripped off on ebay on November 9, 2002, I noticed that safeharbor says you have to have the paperwork in to ebay after 90 days. Does this mean if I mail it Friday I will be in before my 90 days are up?

Can I fax it?

Anyone know if ebay has a fax number or even a phone number!!!! How do I get a hold of them?

Unless you have a time machine I think you mean 2001

You can next day air it if necessary.
