I use the USPS site to pay my bills and have been very satisfied. Never any question if the payment made it on time and processed timely.
They now offer a Send Money option and an auction logo. Has anyone looked into this or tried it ?

It is not very clear what the costs are to enroll in the program. It sounds like an escrow service? Does the receipient need to be enrolled? If you use an online payment service already, why not pay the seller through that service?

Does the cost factor into how useful this is for both sides?
