We've run a 50,000 and a 20,000 impression campaign with banner ads on eBay. The program is run by www.advarient.com and there's a special section on the Powerseller's home page if you happen to be a Powerseller. Otherwise you can go direct to the above URL.

It's been our experience that banner ads have minimal success in marketing over the internet. You're better of increasing your auction listings if you want to increase your traffic and sales.

Best of luck.

Our latest AdVariant experience:

25000 impressions
12 clicks
0 sales

I can do better than that with a classified ad in the local newspaper. Yet an AdVariant campaign costs 6-8 times as much.

The question is WHY?
