I have this crackle glass pitcher/creamer that a friend of mine gave me. She is 42 years old and she says she remembers her mother always having it. It is an aqua blue color with an applied handle. No marks that I can find. It is 4-1/4 inches tall and about 4 inches wide, not including the handle.
Google and eBay searches are turning up similar items, but nothing that is the same.

My mother has some of this too. Same color. Hers is from the 1940's and came from Mexico. Hers also has tiny bubbles in it from the glass making process. Not part of the design.That is a good sign it is from Mexico. I'm sure other places made this glass as well and are bubble-less.
Not an expert, just thought I'd toss out the little I know.
