Please, please take these Flashing adverts out of your site. Or I will ask you a fee to pay my eye's Doctor.

If you go into the internet options on your browser and turn off the multimedia feature it will make most ads stop blinking. For sites you visit where you want multimedia you would need to turn it back on again. Unfortunately, there are a few ads that still move and/or flash even with multimedia turned off. I just leave mine off all the time.
