I know I have seen this before - but can someone direct me to the free delivery confirmation with the USPS. Also what has your experience been using it. Do you need anything special - as far as labels, etc.

I use it all the time. What I do though, is print it on plain paper, even with the econo ink setting. I tape over MOST of the cut out lable, and my local PO suggested I add tape on the loose BAR CODE area, to prevent it from getting ripped off. You aren't supposed to tape over the bar code. I really like it.
Now one thing I have found, it likes to use 2 pages with netscape. So, I print the lable on one sheet, and the portion with MY needed info, I print on the back of my auction print out I always have. It works. For IE, What others seem to do is just tell the printer to print 1 page.

Get shipping assistant from USPS site....not only do you have priority labels with DC, but also MEdia Mail and Parcel Post...Be advised that on Media Mail and Standard package mail, the electronic rate is .12 and not free. The best part about it is that clerks at the PO have no idea how to charge for it so most of them never charge the electronic rate....
