professorhiggins	posted on February 10, 2002 09:10:20 PM Either I'm using a bad link or the USPS Electronic Delivery Confirmation system is down again. Is any one else having problems? I'm planning to mail some things on Mon. If DC is still up and running, could someone please post the link to access it. Thanks.
