lowprofile	posted on February 14, 2002 09:02:23 AM Anybody keep a database of all thier customer email addresses.. I was thinking of doing this and then emailing them all every few months ??? What would you use?

mballai	posted on February 14, 2002 10:03:21 AM I keep my customer's email addresses in my database but they are strictly for the current transactions. If you send unwanted email you will be in real trouble!

We've never done mailings to our customers but we need their email address in our database. Occasionally questions or problems arise a month or more later, and entering an address into a database is no different than keeping it on a printout of the auction.
