I visited the site. You know, it sounds just like what you go through when trying to contact a person at the phone company. You get transferred everywhere, have to repeat your same story each time. It took 3 months of continous phone calls to remove a monthly fee off our bill for a service they weren't providing. We had no long distance for 1 month for no reason. Finally resolved after 3 hours of refusing to hang up. Sound similar to those of you with Paypal trouble?

Broooother!

Congratulations. I hope more Paypal users have the guts to stand up for themselves.

Congratulations. For Paypal, they would have probably spent more than the $5000 to send a rep up there and go through the various appts for the court appearance, but a win is a win.

Was their web site Swapselltrade.com? I typed that in and got a message saying that web site has been disabled.

Just tried Swapsell.com and it works for me. They have some decent prices for people who are reselling but you might want to dig a little deeper and find their sorce if you want to shave a bit more off the price you pay per item. They have tacked 3 or 4 bucks onto the price of the leather coats they offer so I would imagine the other items they sell all so have a similar mark up.

Swapsell is VERY overpiced for the products they sell. With limited research you can find the exact items for MUCH lower costs.

I just looked at that PayPalWarning site. No way will I use them again. I IMMEDIATELY changed my auction terms. NO MORE PAYPAL. After I get the one item I have ordered through PayPal recently I am going to shut my account.

Good luck to you. Also keep in mind anyone can pop up a web site for there own personal vendetta reasons and state about anything they want on it. Not trying to talk you out of anything but don't have a knee jerk reaction to someones goal in life.some of These particular people would be better served taking care of their own business and serving the customers they have. Trust me they have no room to complain about customer service and support. Practice what you preach is a good philosophy but it seems easier to bi*&^ and moan about not getting your way, all to the point of harming your own business.

I've never been a fan of the doublespeak from PayPal and I really don't like the way they do things. Not using PayPal, as much as I might want to for my own convenience, is probably a wise move. No one I know ever won't broke by not using a third party payment vendor.
