According to the poltran.com translator, it says:
And song dwanascie naijnowszych, in (to) their pierwszel, pelnej przygqd and music of comedy, " rezyseria richard lester
I tried translating at altavista.com, www.ectaco.com, and poltran.com, and that's the best I could get.

It's definitely Polish. You can be fairly sure that "muzyki komedii" is "musical comedy." Richard Lester directed both "Help" and "A Hard Day's Night." "Rezyseria" translates into "stage manager" so "rezyseria richard lester" roughly translates into "director Richard Lester." Walter Shenson produced both movies which explains "produkcia." Since it's dated 1964, that makes it from "A Hard Day's Night" rather than from "Help." I can't figure out anything prior to "muzyki komedii" except for "oraz" ("and" ) and "ich" ("their" ). The online dictionaries for Polish are pretty poor, claiming only 500 to 2000 words - the library suggestion sounds pretty good. Good luck!
