Does ebay ever naru bidders due to a high amount of bid retractions? I have a bidder who just retracted a bid and has feedback of 150 and bid retractions of over 100!

Yes, they do naru them eventually but you have to report it as I don't think ebay is looking for them or keeping track of them.
