Hello,

I am having a real problem with my WBN lately. Instead of my real name being on the WBN along with my address, my sellers name, which is my e-mail address is on the WBN above my address.

Now I am getting money orders and checks made out to my e-mail address instead of my real, legal name.

AW tells me essentially that thats the way it is now because they have to use the sellers name I have on E-Bay.

Is this correct? Are any of you having the same problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have customized my WBN so that my full name is printed in the message body.

Bottom line: you have to type out your full name if you want it to show up in the WBN...

Odd that my response from AW was that I couldn't do anything about it.

I should have come here for help first!!
