Sorry this is sort of long>>>
I had a bidder that bid my auction, it was a BIN. It ended on Feb 13, Which was during the olympic games and since this bidder was from Salt Lake City I have him the benefit of the doubt and waited until the games were over and sent a follow-up email. He said "Sorry about that. I don't remember getting the first e-mail. I will send out a Money Order for the tie tomorrow morning.(Feb 25) Please hold it for me. I love those ties."
He also bid on another one of these and won. There is a big difference in the two ties, so it isn't because he found another one because I think there are quite a few different ones out there.

Well I didn't hear from him so I sent another email which was returned to me because it was undeliverable. The ISP tried for 5 days to deliver it. I filed a NPB alert and heard nothing back from him. Now- I see he is bidding again should I write him or finish with the return of fees? I know if I give him a negative he will probably return the favor. It will be my first one in over 412 feedbacks, which are very pristine.
Thanks for listening.

Double check that it isn't a problem w/ your ISP by emailing via eBay's servers, if it still doesn't go thru, email [email protected] and tell them the email addy bounces. They will take care of it.

As far as receiving payment, wait the 10 days and file the FVFC.

"bidding again should I write him or finish with the return of fees?"

I think that you have bend over backwards for this person, its time to move on.

File for your fees, at least this "winner" will get a strike one from ebay.
