Last night there was a message in my PayPal account about the Debit cards not being available (with the PIN, the credit card part was fine) today for a certain amount of time. How long until money can be withdrawn again??? Twice today I've tried and gotten a message that my account balance wasn't right or I'm entering an invalid number. Someone paid me last night for quite a large amount and I want to get that money out of there.
Did anyone remember what time this change or whatever PayPal is doing will be finished?

Don't know what time, was trying to find out myself! Tried to use it today will not work even as a credit card.

The last time I logged onto Paypal, there was a message that the site was being serviced and not to use the card as a debit card,where you needed to enter a PIN. But when I went to the P.O. today it would not work as a credit card. The Postmaster said it was the third Paypal card that was rejected today.

Mine worked fine for me as a credit card at the post office today, I used it about 1:00P.M. EST. I did not receive any kind of notification from paypal.
