Give me your ideas as to how helpful this is. Is is worth it or is it a pain in the rear?
Thanks!

I used SA Basic for more than 3 years. It was Auction Assistant before eBay bought it out. It is probably one of the easiest to use. I just recently stopped using it in favor of Auction Hawk because it does not have the ability to schedule an auction. The nice thing is that it creates a really nice looking ad. I still have a few ads posted with SA Basic but most are now posted with Auction Hawk. Take a look at my listings to see an example of both...

Marc

Hi Carol,
Are you going with the Seller's Assistant or Auction Hawk? Which ever you choose, just let me know if you need help getting started. You can reach me through one of the eBay auctions.

I'm going to give Auction Hawk a try. Thanks for the offer of help ... I will probably need to pick your brain while I am learning the process! Thanks again!

jinkiesmom - If scheduling is what you want - I use TimberCreek Software's SOLD! - (timbercreeksoftware.com) - I post in real-time or specify future date and times I want to list. Its helpful when I want to start a listing on a Sunday evening but its Friday night

SUN818,
I downloaded Timber Creek's Auction Trakker but could not figure out how to create an ad with it. Can you provide a linke to one of your eBay ads so I can see how they look with Timber Creek?

Marc

Jinkiesmom,
You will really like Auction Hawk. They are very good about answering questions as well, even late at night!

You may have not downloaded the correct program. SOLD! (not AuctionTrakker) like any program has a learning curve. You create an inventory item which you post once the description and auction details are complete. As for templates, there are none as fancy as AuctionHawk. But auctions descriptions are very personal, so I prefer to build my own.

Here's the link ::
http://www.timbercreeksoftware.com/sold/update.htm
You have to create an inventory item, then post it. I prefer a having a Windows based program so that's why I chose it.

Sun,
Thank you for the link. I am downloading now. I am looking for a solution that does charge a fee for images or a percent of my sales. I have FTP space for my images.
Can you provide an item # for one of your auctions so I can see what one of the ads look like?
Thanks,
Marc
