Two things: First, is there anyway to force postage to print when the Zip+4 doesn't work? You can do this on Stamps.com. Second, anyone else having problems this morning? I can't get the program to recognize any Zip+4 addresses and therefore can't print any postage. Of course customer service won't wake up for another 2hours....I may switch back.

Never mind...canceled this service and went back to Stamps.com. Guess I will have to stay in line for the Internationals.

Endicia's servers have been operational 24x7 for weeks. I think you experienced a problem with your ISP -- sometimes a connection outage will occur somewhere in the country. As I posted on the EBay forum, if this happens to you again when trying to reach any site, try a TRACERT command from your Windows command box.
