I am familiar with the customs requirements for shipments from the US to Canada. But what about the reverse?
If I purchase something from Canada that is shipped to me in the US will the Canadian shipment include a customs declaration...and will I have to pay duty? If so, is there a website that shows what the duty is depending on the value of the product being shipped?

Its the same for us-canada or vice versa.
In most cases there is no duty or taxes under two hundred dollars, Watch out for textiles made out of north america, then there can be hefty duties on it.
As long as the item is made in the US, canada, or mexico you will be ok. [nafta]
In most cases they will not bother you on small items.
Most of this comes under informal importing or exporting.
Anything over two thousand dollars will be a formal import.
Best to use a customs broker at this stage.
