I shipped a package on 1/7/02 to Australia. It was sent surface mail. Buyer just wrote to inform me they have not received the package yet. Is there a form that the USPS has to try and check on this package? What can I do?

if it was insured file a claim,
they let you do that after 30 days
since you mailed it,
they say 4-6 weeks, but 3 months is little too long....

i'm not sure if it works with non insured packages, but they can usualy put a track on the shipment, so call your PO ask them about that.

i ship everything airmail parcel post,
and I love EMS - if buyer is willing to pay for it,
it's the best thing the PO ever came up with.
(rest I will not coment on )
