I recently went on a buying spree and some items were delivered while I was away last week. One of the items was damaged (not in shipping - the base had been reglued and not aligned) and I was so disappointed as it was not noted in his description. I contacted the seller who said I could keep the item and he would send me a refund of my purchase price. I know that I probably could have prodded him for the postage as well but since he told me I could keep the item it was no big deal.
I guess I should wait until I see if I receive the refund before I give him kudos, but I believe in good karma.
