Ok, I have been a tattletale lately, but there have just been sooooo many bad auctions. I had made several reports in the last two weeks or so, and Safe Harbor handled them within 24 hours. I made two on Wednesday for no-brainers, or so I thought, one was a newly registered seller with 0 feedback running over a dozen auctions plastered with a top brand name all over them, but buried almost at the end of the very lengthy description was the fact that these items were not made by that particular manufacturer, and the other was for an item that weighed less than a pound, that the seller started the bidding at 99c but wanted $10 USPS priority shipping. I received the little automated "Thanks for your report" from eBay, but nothing further, and the auctions were allowed to run their course. (So in a few weeks you will probably see a dozen or so people upset that they bought counterfeit goods...) Does Safe Harbor stop taking your reports seriously if you make several in a short time?

The fake's may be a problem,or not!
But the shipping is no one's concern, the seller has a right to charge whatever,If you don't like it, don't bid!

Seller #1 will probably be warned and his auctions will be closed.
Seller #2 will probably not be warned. It's a gray area..
Another word for tattletale is troublemaker. I personally get irritated with the self appointed auction police, who but their big noses into the business of others.
