Hi- it's the newbie here again. I have a question- I had a winning bidder who emailed me immediately after the auction saying he would pay for his item via money order. Well 14 days had passed, so I emailed him a gentle reminder about the payment, and I received a notice saying that his email is no longer valid! How do I report this to eBay, and can I file a non-bidding payer alert or should I wait? Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to your My Ebay page and send a payment reminder that way. I would go ahead and file the NPB form at ebay. Also you need to email safeharbor@ebay about the contact info.
