The 1st of April, I purchased something from a seller. I made payment via Paypal. To date, I have not received the item nor any emails, I have sent emails and everytime the emails come back it says the mailbox is full. I've tried sending the email from ebay under ask the seller a question and the same thing happens.
His feedback looks good up to this point. How do I get my money back or do I?

PULL HIS INFORMATION FROM EBAY AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH PAYPAL. I THINK YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO FILE A COMPLAINT SO YOU MIGHT BE TOO LATE?

Sorry for the delay!
I was looking at the items he has sold for the past month and checking feedback from other buyers and trying to find matches item # and Feedback. Nope! Nothing there. I may not be the only one with this problem!
Well anyway, I'm not looking at a whole lot of money ($22.00), I'm just on a fixed income and every dime is important to me.
The strange thing is his "me" page looks like he is a company selling rare plants.
