I have this auction ending in less than 3 hours and the high bidder have some recents negative feedbacks for non paying... What would you do? Let the auction go and croos your fingers or cancel his bid and block him? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Lord! Four negatives in the past month and he only has a rating of 14?
Check his other auctions and see what he's been bidding on and how much he's spending. Your auction has a big sticker price on it so I'd check to see if he has a history of spending that much. If he doesn't, I would cancel him or e-mail him about his recent problems.

Thanks for your reply,
With only 30 min. to go I will take a chance... He emailed me on April 29 asking me to end the auction early. I politely replied that our agreement with eBay is that once an item is listed, it stays listed
until the end of the auction unless there is a problem with the listing. He did not emailed back.
Well, my fingers are crossed and I really hope that this will be another smooth transaction. I only had 2 NPB in the last 11 months!

I checked his negatives; two are for high ticket items. He's only paid for his lower items, $10 and less. Two of the items he bagged on are similar to what you are selling. Good luck with him.
