Anyone have a Web Cam. Can you get it to work using a dial up Modem or do you really need DSL speed in order have frames load faster. Speech is also extremely slooooooooow.

Honestly, you need a broadband connection, cable, DSL, etc., to get any decent performance from a web cam. It's not worth even trying via dial-up.
