Thanks! You can also type in pb.com/zonecharts and get the zone for any zipcode from your location! I printed both off!
Apparently Acrobat Reader and XP are not compatible. I have been unable to download/open PDF files since I began using XP four months ago. My PC does not freeze, it just doesn't do what I want it to. This is the only problem I have had with XP and it does not seriously affect my work, but I can see that it might be really negative for others.

Here's a uestion for folks who are having a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader and Windows XP - only because I'm not getting involved in the WinXP "shoot-out":
Are you using the latest version of Acrobat Reader? That would be 5.0.5, which has a 9/2001 release date.
Uninstall your existing Acrobat Reader.
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

re: Acrobat Reader and XP - I went to the Adobe tech pages and found that kahml is correct: older versions of Reader must be totally removed before v.5 is installed. The worst problem seems to be that if you install v.5 over v.3, you are left with some remnants of v.3 that you cannot remove but which mess up the later version. The solution to this is to visit the Abode FTP site, download the older version, install it, remove it using Add/Remove or (or Cleansweep, etc), which picks up the old files which weren't removed earlier when you overwrote v.3. Then install the newer version. And it has nothing to do with Windows XP.
