Never heard of it before. I have been using paypal since the beginning and never had a problem. There maybe a problem with this service because nobody has heard of it and many people do not want to sign up for multiple payment services. If they are free now, most likely they will be adding charges in the future. I know that paypal has had a lot of bad press in the message boards. Seems that most of the big problems are from huge volume dealers. Personally I have never had a problem. After having an antique store I also realize that paypal charges are cheap compared to taking credit cards in a brick and mortar shop.
