WHY DON'T MORE PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL THIS TIME E BAY MAKES US DRAG OUT THIS REFUNDING OUR FEES FOR NON PAYING FLAKES?

WE KNOW WHY,,,,,,,,HOPING WE WILL JUST GIVE UP OR FORGET ABOUT IT. FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS AFTER ALL THE OTHER HOOPS HAVE BEEN JUMPED THROUGH WHAT'S THE POINT? IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND FOR SOME MORON TO NEG US........BUT WITH E BAY TO GET YER MONEY,,,,,,,,,,FOREVER!

I HAVE 9 NON PAYING AUCTIONS ALL FROM THE SAME JERK. WHO BID WITH EVERY INTENTION OF NEVER PAYING AND PUTTING ME THROUGH ALL THIS B.S. AND I AM POSITIVE HE WILL NEG. ME ANYWAY, ONCE I HAVE HAD MY MONEY REFUNDED.

HE BOUGHT SOMETHING OFF LINE AND WAS NOT HAPPY I DID NOT SEND HIS $22.00 POSTAGE BACK ALONG WITH THE 100% PURCHASE PRICE. SAID HE WOULD GET ME AND HE DID. ALL THIS FILING. 9 AUCTIONS!!!!!!!!

ALSO WHY DON'T THEY INITIATE A COOLING OFF PERIOD FOR THE NEG MORONS? SAY, FIVE DAYS, ONCE THEY HIT THE NEG BUTTON,,,,,,,WHOOPS YOU MUST WAIT 5 DAYS TO PLACE THIS NEGATIVE COMMENT.

ANY COMMENTS?

"I AM POSITIVE HE WILL NEG"

If he does leave you nine negs jack, all you can do is send it over to safe harbor and put in the subject line ..feedback bombing.

That is againts ebay rules. Just tell them why you think that this guy is doing this.

You may get lucky and have them remove the negs then. Best of luck.

Yes, there should be a cooling off period.

yes....they should have a waiting period for giving a neg just like sellers have to wait to get FVF or to file a NPB. It is only reasonable.

lurking is not an option

Jack, I don't think a cooling off period would help in your case. Your nutcase bidder seems intent on negging you with or without a cooling period.

A cooling off period might work for 2 relatively normal people who just had a bad day and over-reacted about a problem.

On the other hand, a cooling off period would gave scammers and bad check writers 5 more days to cheat people before they started getting negs and had to abandon the account.

BKMUNROE. THIS WAS NOT WRITEN NECCESARILY FOR MY PARTICULAR SITUATION. I AM SAYING IN A GENERAL WITH A SPECIFIC SIT. I HAVE READ AND IT IS PRETTY OBVIOUS MANY NEVER READ ANY FEED BACK ON PEOPLE.

BUT,,,,,,,WE THE SELLERS MUST BEAR THIS IMPULSE FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES ON E BAY. AND A FIVE DAY COOLING PERIOD WOULD AT LEAST GIVE THE SELLER SOME TIME TO CONSOUL THE IDIOT. MANY TIMES THEY WARN THEY ARE GOING TO BURN YOU AND THEN OF COURSE,,,,,,,,SOME DON'T. WE HAVE NO IDEA OF THEIR INTENTIONS. ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU WAKE UP TO,,,,,,NEG!
