I have withdrawn a payment to my bankaccount on 5/12. It says "completed". Does this mean that the amount was deposited??

no, you will still have to check with your bank to make sure the deposit was made.

I withdraw to my bank account all the time it takes about 3 day to show up in my account after pay pal says completed but this is not paypal holding your money it is the normal process for a ACH transaction.
one thing I like is if you withdraw on friday during business hours it is in your account on monday afternoon. I Love PayPal

IF it was done 5/12, there is about a 99.9 Percent chance that ,YES it has been deposited.
