I have been unable to connect to Endicia since yesterday morning. Their website http://www.endicia.com is also not responding. Anyone else experiencing this?

While the postage servers have been running continuously, the www.endicia.com site *was* down this AM for a few hours. This site is used for general information, account signup and maintenance.
The cluster www.postage.endicia.com is used to actually apply and buy additional postage. Again, that cluster was up continously.
