Let me tell you something. I will no longer deal with any company that doesn't post a phone number for tech support. I had problems logging into Billpoint last week. It rejected my valid password and even my secret hint question (to have the p/w mailed to me). I went to Billpoint's "Customer Care" page (what a JOKE) and saw their "world-class 24-48 hrs support" policy. It took them 5 business days to get back to me and what did I get?? Boilerplate that was a copy of the troubleshooting tips on their website. They ignored my question completely. In the meantime the seller is waiting for funds and I need this item yesterday. We finally both set up a paypal account and paid that way. With the ridiculous fees they charge this is some way to treat their clients.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Customer service is so poor I no longer accept Billpoint payments.

I had the same problem with billpoint. I received the mail saying I can answer the secret question. I responded that I tried that and forgot my answer to it and they sent me a new password. It took about 4 days but I'm happy
