I am trying to get my only neg removed through squartrade as a ethnic slur.
http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=asamsonoff

I filed a case hoping the buyer would not respond, he responded so now the only way to get it removed is if he agress, correct?? Wel that is next till impossible.

Is there any other way to get this jewish ethic slur removed?

You can contact ebay and you can try to get them to remove it. You may have to ask them more than once.

I have seen ebay remove feedback so I know it can be done but some are more fortunate than others.

Or you can let good feedback bury it and just get on with your life.

Good luck.

You would have a hard time convincing me that "shyster" was an ethnic slur.

tomwiii,

When I looked at your post I wondered for awhile how you knew the posters name was "Shirley." Thanks for the best laugh of the morning, even if it was at myself.

Wish I could get my single one removed too. I was burned by a seller and when I posted a neg on her, she retaliated. This seller has, since last week:

- pulled all of her auctions
- changed her feedback to "private"
- received 79 new negs

yet she is still registered!

My feedback is over 200 with one lousy, undeserved neg

get over it and get on with it....you are dealing with the public this is bound to happen the more you sell the more of a chance this is going to happen.

If you get it removed let us know how you did it. I have one that's a lie and spelled wrong also, like to get rid of it. Or at least get Ebay to correct the spelling. The guy could'nt spell makes me wonder why he bought a book in the first place!

You gotta be kidding me. If you take that as an ethnic slur you need to move on to something else because you are way to sensitive to be dealing with e-bay. Just take the neg and move on, it will effect your sales a whole lot less then all this groveling.

I wouldn't worry about the neg. It's pretty obvious that the other guy is a deadbeat and it was a retaliatory neg. By next month, it will sink to your second page of feedback and nobody will see it.

I consider the occasional neg a part of doing business. I just got one the other day. 2 negs and 259 pos. Not a bad average. Doesn't make me a leper.

Besides, the other guy is the one with shades and a -1. Which looks worse- you or him?

Don't bank on ebay removing any FB. The other people were just lucky.

I know a good negologist who can give you a negectomy.

Is this the auction where you sold the broken watch? If so, I wouldn't even bother going forward. It could backfire on you and you could get NARU.

Just bite the bullet and move on. One neg is not the end of the world. There are more important things to worry about than a stupid feedback comment.

ebay will remove feedback. They removed one
of the Positive feedback comments someone
left for me, and I didn't even have to ask
them... And yes, I did say Positive, those
morons. Customer service my eye!

You know, there are bidders who cruise for sellers who have perfect feedback. Such sellers are really easy to manipulate. They'll do anything to avoid getting a neg.

Wear your neg proudly! It's proof you won't take any crap!
