I had a perfect record of over 230+ no bad feedback until yesterday. I received a neg and neutral yesterday and now a another neutral today.

Not one ever emailed me. Today they leave a neutral because there was a slight problem with the record I sent. I would have been more than happy to remedy this why do they have to be so quick to push the feedback button.

Jeez... I can't handle this buyers, all are newbies of course.

Your terms are getting a bit ridiculous. all this will do is detract bidders. It won't help at all with the problems you are having with your feedback. It is minor and a nuetral is no big deal. I am not picking on you but don't sweat the small stuff and you will have fewer ulcers Five miles of terms and condition will cost you greatly in the long run as it runs of potential GOOD bidders. If I saw 3 items the same I would look at the feedback and the terms and bid accordingly and those who overstate there terms hurt much more. I have about 8700 pos 12 nuet and 4 negs and am a high volume seller so I am not just shooting from the hip here. Don't let a bad day or two get you down and to upset to be productive. Look at the big picture and move on and always remember a nuetral is not a neg and the only neg you have it is easy to see what happened. as an example:If you would guarantee the videos you sell to work you would more than make up and Non working refunds you may incure. People see that NOT guaranteed and say to themselves I am not buying this as it probably does not work and you lose bids and much more profit in the long run. You might have to refund a couple of people but you make up for it in more bids. Anyways I'll quit picking on you but lighten up a little and don't let these small things worry you so much

I never thought about the guaranteeing the videos.

I just wrote that because I havn't tested them, I am just being honest.

Do you really think I would get more bidders if I guaranteed the videos??

Right in your TOS you tell them that you will not leave feedback until they do. Why do you say that? In my 600 and so auctions I have never asked for feeback and I never will. If they leave it that's fine. I always leave feedback when I have shipped the package. If they give me a negative so what. I would just move on and forget it.

The reason is state that is because people not leaving feedback was aweful. I had only about 10% people leaving feedback, with that statement I have at least a 50% now.

Okay I sent a friendly email to the person that let me a neutral about why hey did it without contacting me to remedy the situation.

Her response was, "I don't care about what you think, I can leave whatever I want, If you don't like it leave me a neg I will just signup for another account"

The attitudes of my last few buyers is unbelievable, what is it too much sunlight. They think they own the world.

Being Honest is the key. Giving a Guarantee does not mean you sit down and watch all the videos it just means that you guarantee they will work and Yes you will get more bids. Look at it as a buyer. There are loads of people selling movies. you see 2 one is gurantees it works the other says something along the line of "as is" as a buyer which one would you pick. Same goes with overstating your terms it is a BIG turnoff to bidders. A lot of people see all those terms and say to "boy look at all these demands and threats" while it isn't how you meant it to come across is is how it is percieved. Leave me feedback or you don't get it. Pay me in 3 days or I'll neg you follow my instructions EXACTLY or I'll neg you. You threaten to neg people three times in your terms and that ONE word is all they see. good bidders understand how it works so be simple and you will attract those goods bidders and not the ones you are getting now.

interesting, do you really send collection agency after them?

(tos text)
>>> You will receive an automated email message at the end of the auction. Please read it in detail it will tell you EXACTLY what to do. You have 3 days after the end of the auction to contact me, if not negative feedback will apply and item will be re-listed. If I do not hear from you after 10 days, in addition to negative feedback you will be sent to a collection agency to collect the winning bid.

If you do not want the item after you bid, contact and tell me. I will leave negative feedback, but you will not be sent to a collection agency.<<<

your terms point to someone with attitude who cannot handle anything but a positive....dont mean to sound nasty just being honest....way too many people are overly concerned with feedback the normal person on the street with half a brain can see you are a decent seller

You guys are looking at my old TOS. I only used that for a few items. Here is what I use now.

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=883549008

and yes I did send a few buyers to a collection agency only because they were large purchases and I collected every penny the deadbeat owed me

I based my assessment on your current auctions.

Hope you don't get carpal tunnel from your lengthy descriptions.

They are afraid to confront you directly. But, the buyers who have the courage to email you aren't much better to deal with. It's their way or you get a neg.
