I'll be glad when this slow sales trend breaks. I have been running about 25 to 30 precent sell thru. this summer I have tried everything to boost sales any ideas are welcome.

I just always list more when sales are slow, and try to list new products which then help lift the old ones as well.

I just had a 99% run-thru tonight and the auctions I had (103) went way over what I expected. I was thrilled. Last week was a stinker on the 150 auctions but this week, total I had over 300 and they did fantastic. I think it is starting to turn around.. or maybe I lucked out on the goodies I had this time.

Search closed items on Ebay and find out what is selling and how much it is selling for. Buy and list only items that you are reasonably sure will sell at a price that you are reasonably sure they will sell for.
It doesn't always work but it should make a difference.

Yes, I've seen a big slowdown of late. Also I've seen a big increase in nasty customers... I posted a seperate topic about that.

Slowest I have ever seen it. Have been selling on ebay for about 5 years and my surefire sellers are not even getting looks. I might take a month off and just work on my storefront. Good luck!

I don't do nearly the volume of you guys, but my wizard wands are all selling, when they didn't about a month ago... But more people are bidding in the regular way, and less are using the BIN- hoping to get them four bucks less.
Is there some Harry Potter news I don't know about?
